SATORI to voluntarily close to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

MARCH 15, 2020– This has been a very difficult week for us, and we know it’s been scary, and stressful, and downright hard for all of you as well.
What we’re experiencing is a generation-defining crisis. However, unlike an earthquake or a tsunami, the COVID-19 pandemic is a disaster that’s unfolding over weeks and months rather than seconds and minutes, which allows us to be proactive.
We have spoken at length with business owners both near and far, scoured social media and news outlets for the latest information, and sought the advice of hospitals and healthcare providers. The simple truth is this: nothing we do, no precaution we take, can guarantee that one of our team will not contract this virus and spread it in our community.
For that reason, SATORI, as a team, and as family, has decided to temporarily close our doors, at all three locations, effective immediately.
We hope that this, along with all the efforts of our community, will help flatten the curve and spare many of our most vulnerable from this pandemic.
We hope that by taking this measure now, we will be able to safely re-open on April 1st.
This has been the hardest decision we’ve ever had to make, and frankly, we don’t know if it is the right thing to do. We don’t know if it will help. We don’t know if it will be safe to re-open in two weeks. The only thing we know for sure is that we don’t want to spread this virus. Even with enhanced disinfecting routines, extra PPE, and all the other precautions we’ve implemented, the only way we can guarantee that 100% is to close our doors.
This is going to be hard, for us as individuals and for SATORI as a business, but we will survive. We appreciate all of your support and we will keep you updated in the weeks to come.
